I found this recipe at taste.com. It took an hour to bake and my only suggestion is to cover with foil close to the end, as mine got a little darker than what i'd normally like.

Flourless Orange Cake
My next door neighbour has an orange tree, it grows over our fence. I have oranges now!!!!!

It looks delicious, and so moist.
ReplyDeleteI've been craving citrus lately, especially fresh mandarins..it must be the cooler weather and all the colds about.
but this cake would make a nice change.
